Working with Gabriel to balance Moon energy

Hello dear readers,

Thank you to all those who have signed up for my new Facebook page, maybe as well as for this Blog.  From now onwards I want to use the two media in conjunction, and to share knowledge and guidance that the angels have given me over the years since 1999 (when it all began).

I know I promised to write about Star Gates, for readers who are Light Workers, and I have not forgotten this, but this week I've introduced three of the Sacred Seven Rulers of the Weekdays, beginning with Cassiel and then continuing with Raphael and Gabriel.  For those new to Angelology (inviting angels into daily life to bring loving support, and based on the ancient Essene principles) this is the best way to start and it's how I began after being shown this by the angels.  (I teach this in my e-Modules - the Sacred Seven are taught in the first one - and will say more about it in a few weeks, when I shall be reformatting my successful e-Modules into two separate, yet complete study packages for those who wish to learn and then to teach Angelology, one for Heart Quest and the other for Soul Quest).  

Anyway, on Facebook on Sunday I shared information on Gabriel.  Yesterday I wrote a little about Gabriel, Monday and Moon energy.  Here is how to develop further your own powers of intuition, with Gabriel, pictured above:

Try breathing silver energy with Gabriel, angel of the moon.  If you can do this exercise in moonlight this maximises the energy; a full moon is best of all!

•  Close your eyes and start taking deep breaths of pure white energy (Spiritus Dei, Breath of God), breathing out any negative emotions, until you start to feel relaxed. 
• Then invoke Gabriel like this: Gabriel, Gabriel, Gabriel help me to breathe the power of silver into my open heart to develop and guide my intuition, hopes, aspirations, dreams, in love and light, love and light, love and light.  
• Imagine that you able to breathe in a silver energy spiral, which comes up clockwise from Mother Earth
• The silver energy ray flows in through the base of your spine and as it passes through your heart it fills it with silver to empower your intuition
• As you continue breathing silver it spirals up from your heart and through the crown of your head.
• Send it on to the moon to anchor your source of intuition and maintain the connection, remembering to thank the angels for their help
• Do this as often as you need to further develop your intuitive skills

You can of course do the same with Raphael, who brings us power of gold to solar to develop and guide your power of will and mind and boost your ability to make decisions and timely actions.  In that exercise Raphael's golden energy will flow down from the Sun through crown and spiral anti-clockwise to solar plexus, and when you complete your exercise send it down through root to Mother Earth to help heal her and All Life.

These pieces are to guide you on the two aspects of us represented by Sun (Raphael) and Moon of Gabriel.  Really it's all about balance, as I say in the Gold & Silver Guardian Angels set's Book of Angels:

GOLD (Predominantly Active or "Masculine"), 

SILVER (Predominantly Passive or "Feminine)" 

AND HOW TO ATTAIN HARMONY AND BALANCE

We all, regardless of the gender of our birth, have both a masculine and feminine aspect to our personality.   In this we are Divine reflections of the Creator who is the perfect Unity/Oneness of these two opposite yet wholly integrated aspects.

You might say that the Divine aspect of the Man is gold, linked with the Sun, Raphael and warm energy, while that of Woman is silver, the Moon, Gabriel and cool energy, although each need to balance the other to find Oneness with All.  If you were looking at an equal-arm cross this would represent the horizontal line, with Oneness being signified by the central point, which is your higher heart. 

 As represented in humans the male, or gold aspect, is the part of the personality that operates the left brain.   It is the organised part of you: will power from the solar plexus that deals with decision-making process, powers logical and analytical thought and directs your actions.  If this part of the brain is used in isolation the result will not always be successful in the long run.  Business people are mostly working with their left brain.  The female, silver aspect, is the right side of the brain.  This is your passive side, the part of you that feels and thinks deeply, is sensitive, emotional, imaginative and sometimes illogical.  Artistic and creative people are generally working from the right brain, and tend to be disorganised.  Decisions directed solely by this part of the brain are based on hunches, gut feeling and intuition and once again are not always fully successful.

It is only when you balance and integrate both gold and silver aspects correctly in daily life that you begin to think and act as an individual with a rounded personality, i.e. you are moving more towards Oneness.  In this mode you are much more likely to take the most appropriate action for your highest good, because you are combining both logical-analytical and intuitive-creative thought processes before making a decision.  Because such decisions are taken from a balanced position, therefore, these more considered resulting actions are the ones that bring long-term happiness and contentment.

To balance both aspects you can work with the Caduceus (and this has many levels of its own), but the simplest way as described in several of my works (Harmony Angel Cards, Gold & Silver Guardians, Angel Almanac and Angelology e-Module 3A).  Message me if you don't have the works and want to know more.  Here is the Caduceus artwork to remind you (or instruct you) on what this wonderful Sacred Hallow looks like with the Solar and Lunar snakes of wisdom that cross at the major chakra points to third eye.  Why only to third eye?  Because when you reach and work from crown this means you are now linking back to Oneness with All (though of course as your vibration climbs higher you will still have many more healing needs to address):

Overcoming challenges with Cassiel

Hello dear readers,

Welcome to new followers who may have found me through Facebook.  Today on Facebook I spoke of Saturday, and the Ruler who is the mighty Angel Cassiel, pictured here and on Facebook.

Perhaps you might like to work with Cassiel on a meditation?

Here is one to try:

• Sit quietly and close your eyes; place the challenge you face in your heart
• If you have a Cassiel crystal (Obsidian, particularly snowflake obsidian, black and white agate or two crystals like jet and milky quartz) hold this in your left hand. 
• Invoke Cassiel by saying: Cassiel, Cassiel, Cassiel please be with me to help me face and conquer this challenge so that I can move on in life, in love and light, love and light, love and light.
• Begin to breathe as deeply as possible, imagining you are breathing pure white Angelic Light energy in, right down through your body even into your toes.  
• With each out-breath you are letting go of negative feelings, such as fear or worry about what you are facing until you have let all this go; see this as dark energy you are releasing, and do this for as long as you feel you need to, breathing in Angelic Light and breathing out negativity.
• When you feel ready, with the next breath send this light through your toes and down to the heart of Mother Earth, until it connects with the Saf-Fire blue Sun at her heart. (This is the Atoma of Earth, emitting a hum that some of you may hear/sense)
• From your own heart say you are willing to be a channel to send healing to the Heart of Mother Earth, she will receive this gratefully.
• In gratitude she will send you healing in return.  Now breathe this crystalline energy back through your toes and draw it up to your heart.
• As your heart is bathed in sparkling crystalline light it helps you to intuit how to overcome your challenge.
• Now send this energy up through the top of your head, to illuminate your mind to decide what to do, so the outcome you seek will return you to peace and serenity.
• Ask Cassiel to help you seal in your positive feelings, and also to complete the programming of your crystal.  Thank him for his help. 

If you held a crystal in your left hand, place your right palm over it to seal it in your palms and ask for the energy of the meditation to be retained in your crystal. Keep the crystal with you for confidence until your challenge is resolved!

New developments including Facebook

Hello dear readers,

This is a quick note to tell you that I have at long last been dragged into the 21st Century by friends and loved ones, and so now you can find me on Facebook!

Welcome to those new to Angels & Heart Quest

The Facebook page is still somewhat in embryo as yet, but it's the first of several new developments that will take place over the next couple of months with regard to creating these social networking opportunities and making them more interesting and informative.  This will be on several levels, catering firstly for beginners to Angelology - welcome to working with Angelic Light healing energy towards inner peace - the angels are delighted to be working with you.  Especially Melchisadec (see below) who aids and guides all self-healing and opening of higher heart (this is Heart Quest).

For readers and students on Soul Quest

Angelic Light Work continues apace.  For those on Soul Quest (using the knowledge and wisdom gained through Heart Quest to resonate with the triple crown of mighty Hermes Trismegistos: Love, Power and Wisdom to aid others to heal), these two media will also become opportunities to aid Light Workers.  We are now in what some call "The Quickening".  What does this mean?  It means it's time to generate absolutely as much Love and Light into Mother Earth and towards receptive mankind as quickly as possible to raise the Planetary vibration - away from polarity and into Oneness with All.  As many readers know, I work with Seraphiel, Ruler of the Seraphim, on this and the Ennead of the Blue Star Angels guiding Ascension.  Maybe you are working with other Light Beings and want to see how the Cosmic Jigsaw fits All together.  Do you have a question about this? 

The artworks (a collaboration, as for all my artworks, by myself, the angels and extraordinarily talented Richard Rockwood) from the third and most advanced of my Angel Card Trilogy - the Love & Light set - hold this Ascension vibration.  At the top of this post is a beautiful artwork from Shekinah's first suit in that set depicting a high vibration of Ariel, Ruler of Earth and Air,.  Ariel is with us at this time (Summer: Third Quarter - by age old tradition the Element of Air until Uriel and Fire take over after the Equinox)   This important artwork showing healing with Violet Fire at different vibrations also carries he Healing Glyph of Zayn (see top right hand corner - Malachim Healing Angel Alphabet) with its key words: fertility, re-birth, nurture, release - do any of these words apply to you?  Here are the words that go with this Glyph (from Angel Almanac): The angels advise that the cycle of life you are in now holds all the potential you need for re-birth, either for physical self, life, spirituality or all three.  Of course you cannot do this alone, nor without ability to focus, so make a choice, releasing what is necessary to enable your decisions and actions to start the new cycle.   Typing this (I just decided - or rather the angels told me - to put it in) I see how neatly it follows from the last post!

Building on this, below is an artwork from the Love & Light set: the Sapphire (Saf-Fire) Star Gate of Metatron's Suit; it will resonate with some of you and is a key Sacred Geometry for Ascension and beyond.  For my next Blog post I will explain more about the three Primary Star Gates of Ascension including this one but for now I can tell you that this is Aeriopax (as originally given by my esteemed mentor William  Buehler, an amazing and wonderful Light Grid Worker of many years standing who resides in Colorado).  After years of working with the Angels, Love & Light myself, finally reaching the Star Gates, I finally was able to portray Aeriopax in this way for you all.

Life Coaching ourselves with Love into Light

Hi dear readers,

Well as we all settle down, post the first 2012 London Olympics (as the Paralympics is still to come) all talk is now about the legacy.  In my last post I spoke of aspirations, ambitions and goals.  It would be great if as many people as possible came out of this feeling renewed in these aspects of self.

Above is the Fire Mandala from Love & Light Angel Cards: an apt image for this time of Leo, Sun and Fire energy: the 111 and 11:11 of healing through self-empowerment and regaining passion for life and for our work.  See the White Fire at the centre?  This is the Fire That Does Not Burn, that forms the leaves of the Sacred Eden Tree (believed to be the same as the Burning Bush of the Bible), and when we are One with Sacred Eden Tree it shines from us also - this is true empowerment.....

Unless we really take them on board, too many things we are simply shown on TV, truly wonderful as they are, will then pass us by.  Although if we see 222 it means that the opportunity is there for us to change our own lives - if we so choose and are prepared to work at it.  What we can do is to use our admiration of others to take a decision (333 urges this if you are seeing it) to take control of our lives, and turn this current inspiration to achieve that has been demonstrated by others like our athletes (won with hard work rather than quick fixes, and I am all for that, as readers and students know!) into our own reality?

If we are a bit stuck, rather than just shrug our shoulders, we can use Life Coaching to aid us with either large or small life goals, and I defy any of you readers to tell me that you have no goals....! 

When the angels hijacked me from my management consulting business, and before the first angel cards (Harmony) and book idea took shape, I trained and did some Life and Business Coaching with people, and I promise you that it does really work.  Okay it's quite difficult, but so are most things worth attaining.

You can coach yourself if you are an organised person - you do need to be quite self-disciplined - or you can begin the process yourself and get a friend or loved one to help you reach the Action Plan target(s).  You do need the goal or goals, some stamina and plenty of detemination, exactly as you would need to have become an Olympic or any other medal winning athlete.

Here is what you do:

• Decide your goal.  This can be large, in which case break it down into smaller goals.  Or it can be a small goal if you think this is easier, depending on your personality.  We will keep this session relevant to Mind, Body and Spirit, so for example: let's say you trained in a healing modality and you want to get a small healing and teaching business going for yourself.
• Decide how to get there.  Accept the fact that at the beginning you are not known by many folks as a healer, and although the angels and Ascended Masters will help you with healees, you have to do some hard work first yourself!  It doesn't just happen....and you cannot just leave it to the Light Beings.

So here is what you could do in terms of Life/Business Coaching (the 4-Point GROW model):

• Goal: 
• To get clients for healing and/or students to teach
• Reality: 
• You are not known yet, you need to market yourself.  
• Options: 
• Step 1 decide where you are going to do your work
• Organise something for this, either at home if you can or research costs of, say, a room at a therapy clinic. or other suitable venue 
• Ensure you have the tools you need to do it (i.e. couch for full healings, suitable room for teaching etc.)
• Set some dates up if you are teaching, giving yourself plenty of time.
• Step 2 is marketing yourself, so people know about you.
• Get yourself some cards printed - this can be quite cheap, and is an essential step
• Find an MBS Fair that has the right feel about it, and in the first instance, go there and look around at the stands, the people running them, those attending, etc. to get a feel for this: it's market intelligence.
• See which stands are the most popular and observe why.
• Chat up some people behind stands, if you can and if you are not in direct competition with them; most people are quite helpful.  Give out cards.
• Decide if you want to invest in a stand at the next one of these events.  You could give short healing demonstrations, for a small fee (free ones don't really work very well in my experience, as people don't value them much).  You can give out cards as well as print flyers giving details of your offerings.  This gets your information out there.  Organise a clipboard for interested people to fill in their e-mail addresses.  This is your embryo mailing list.
• Consider a simple web page, so that people with your cards can look up you and your offerings.  Even if it's just a one page Blog you can start to get interested followers. 
• Google MBS groups in your area and offer to give a talk on your healing and teaching.  Don't be nervous about it.  The Light Beings will aid you, if this is your soul purpose.  
• At such talks, again give out cards and take e-mail addresses.  Your mailing list grows.
•  Step 3 is determining/overcoming what may be preventing you from any of the above steps 
• List each of the obstacles you need to overcome, in order to progress all the above steps.
• List how you can realistically overcome these obstacles
• Set yourself timescales for overcoming each of them

• What will you do? 
• Go back to your Goal or Goals and create a mini Action Plan for yourself: the Goal, the steps you need, overcoming obstacles in the way, a timescale for attaining.
• Get on with following your Action Plan!!!  What are you waiting for?

Olympics, fun, aspirations, attainments......

Hello dear readers,

London 1012 Olympics

Firstly, I have to confess that I am not really a sports-focused person at all, but it's impossible not to be caught up in the sheer excitement of the London 2012 Olympics. There is joy and there is disappointment of course, and there are many nail biting episodes, but underpinning it all is lots of national pride, especially in all our wonderful winners. And definitely it's hat's off to the glorious Gold Medal winners (especially the amazing Bradley Wiggins, also winner of the gruelling Tour de France only a couple of weeks ago!), for they inspire our youngsters (indeed all of us) and this can only be good. It's proving to be a truly fabulous week so far.... Time to think about our own aspirations, ambitions and attainment - whatever they may be, in life, work, spirituality etc. - and plan how new steps, next steps or just how to go further.....

Chap (Alternative) Olympiad

This is not my usual type of post, but I wanted to write of my excitement and am pleased that my daughter Fleur (Diary of a Vintage Girl - Blog) is involved in some of the entertainment - about English eccentricity - for the Olympic attendees. This is by invitation and connected with magazine she writes for (The Chap)....it's an alternative Olympiad, is not paid but lots of fun. It was happening last weekend and is happening today and tomorrow as well. It might even be filmed by an International News Broadcaster....fingers crossed....

Some pix of last weekend and of my beautiful daughter are above; don't you just love her outfit and especially that hat??

But seriously, remember, if you need aspirations and new ambitions, that Gabriel is the angel for you; she also advises you to listen to heart and intuition, rather than relying on head to make decisions. I know this is also important, but try to get the balance right here! See artwork of Gabriel below and note Moon (intuition/imagination, emotions, Silver balance), turquoise colours for Water of Life, healing of emotions, and thymus, green for healing of, and listening to heart, and that touch of indigo for third eye and again, intuition.

Life & Business Coaching with me and the Angels coming up soon

My next post will build on this one, and be about new goals in life and attaining them. I shall offer some Life & Business Coaching ideas to get you kick-started on your new aspirations/ambitions and/or goals. So think about where you are, in this time of Summer: Air, Breath of Life, lifting of mind, body and spirit instead of being "down in the dumps" or stuck in some way.

Angels and Invocations

Hello dear readers,

Well I have to say it's not very summery in good old England (Blighty) at the mo, with rain (Guardian Matriel and I am talking to him a lot!) and strong winds (Guardian Ruhiel - what's going on here?) prevailing.  And it seems there is not much prospect of immediate improvement either, but there you go.....the only predictable thing about English summer weather is its total unpredictability!  And the only way to deal with such unpredictability is to try to smile at it.....

Anyway, whatever the weather is doing the angels are always around us, whether or not we have the psychic senses to see them (clairvoyance), hear them (clairaudience, preferably whilst safely in heart space) or feel them (clairsentience, especially when invoking one or more angels to be with us).

The first way the angels taught me to feel their energy (as I am not very clairvoyant), back in 1999, is by calling the name of the angel three times.  This is because the name itself is a sacred sound, and three is the number of Divine Truth and the maximum manifestation of a moment  of this Truth.  That's why, if dowsing (see my Angelic Abundance box or also my first book: A Harmony of Angels) you must always determine your Yes and your No by getting the same answer three times in a row.  If you only got it twice then you could not be sure it was Divine Truth.

The angels told me to close my eyes, call three times upon the name of the angel I was invoking, ask the angel to be with me, and finally demonstrate my honesty of intent by saying In Love & Light three times, or else for my Highest Good three times.  It worked for me......!

Quite a few years later, when I worked out the difference between Heart Quest (self-healing and opening the higher heart flower: the Way of Love & Light), and Soul Quest (using the knowledge gained in Heart Quest to help others find the Way), I was taught a more advanced method of invocation.  This involves breathing in a Sacred In-Breath (through nose, mouth closed and tongue behind upper teeth), silently calling on one or more angels by name three times, and feeling/sensing the energy rays of these angels being amassed and held in higher heart.  It is said that All exists in that space between a Sacred In-Breath and Out-Breath, and that All was Created in that space.  If we will and intend to hold that power for the benefit of All, and if we have a vibration that enables this, I believe we can indeed hold the power.  When we breathe it out (through open mouth and with tongue behind lower teeth), then we can direct this breath wherever we like - to someone we are trying to help with healing, to Mother Earth or a part of Mother Earth, or to All That Is.

Have you ever tried drawing a 5-Point Star of Microcosm (Man's search for spiritual direction) in the air in front of you, with your finger?  Or a 6-Point Star of Macrocosm (All That Is)?  The 5-Point Star pictured above, and 6-Point Star is shown below, artworks from the Harmony Angel Cards.  Why is there an amethyst in the centre of the 6-Point Star?  Because the 7th invisible point is of Melchisadec and Sacred Seven.  Also of Ariel and the lifting of the veils between worlds and realities.  Also the 6-Point Star represents (as All in this reality), the five elements: Earth - line at the bottom, Fire - upward pointing triangle, Water - downward pointing triangle, Air - line at the top, and Spirit - the invisible heart of this Star of wholeness and completion.

Draw one of them any way you like really, but if you do this, close your eyes so you can focus on feeling rather than seeing, and then gently place your hands where you drew the Sacred Geometry, you can actually feel the shape in the air.  Amazing!  Why? Because you've drawn the Sacred Geometry as a Glyph of Light - in the 4th Dimension; one that you may or may not be able to see, depending on your psychic skills, but that you can feel....remember also that I believe the Universe (probably the Omniverse also) is construced of Sacred Geometry (as Seraphiel has guided me) and so we are linking into this facility to aid All.

So when you do an advanced angel invocation, involving lots of angels, as I described above, you can also will and intend healing into it and send it through one of these sacred geometries that you drew in front of your heart; then it will be even more powerful.  Try sending it to a part of Mother Earth that needs this help right now, with appropriate angels.  Remember: Love is the Key, and as with all of this ancient knowledge, it's still only the beginning of what we can really do.  Given enough will and intention and an open heart flower filled with Love.  The angels gave me these words: It is Love that gives form to Light.  I think this applies especially for healing.

I'm now working with an even more advanced type of invocation, linked to Soul Quest Light Work, and tapping into higher and higher dimensions, with a specific view to aiding the 144,000 Light Beings of Acension, so e-mail me in due course if you want to know more about this.  There is a two-day workshop teaching this that I will be offering in the autumn (probably October) and in due course I shall write an e-Module for it, based on the workshop.

However, I should mention that to safely do this advanced level of work with me, you would have to have studied/committed to my Angelic Merkaba for Heart Ascension (Soul Quest e-Course or face-to-face - see this section of my website for full details of what this course includes), as apart from aiding Mother Earth and All Life with Ascension, this provides three necessary pre-requisites:

• Interfaces with Templa Mar through heart, Earth's Atoma through root chakra, and the 44:44 Angel Star Gate via crown chakra
• Grounding (vital), through attaining Oneness with Sacred Eden Tree
• And the ability to use these connections to help key Angels by continuously manifesting their energy vibration for Mother Earth and All Life.

Hello dear readers,

As I look at the rain outside (again!). and reflect on the date, it's a bit hard to credit that it's nearly summer in Good Old England! And what a summer we have planned, with the Queens Diamond Jubilee as well as the Olympics, all of which are great. Yet when we work with angels there are always lots of other agendas to address! Here are some thoughts and reflections on the angels and Heart/Soul Quest focuses for May.


Timely Advice from the Angels

As the Eight Point Wheel of the year turns (as described in Angel Almanac), there is much to also consider by way of spiritual development. Let me remind you that in terms of the Elements, Phuel takes over, on 1st May, as the Ruler of the Element of Water (before that it was Ariel, Ruler of Earth). Quite appropriate really that it's Phuel, with our weather this past five weeks! Phuel brings calmness, tranquillity, emotional balance.

I, Lord of Water of Life and Powers of Moon, glide upon the living waters, radiating calming emerald, silver and aquamarine energy. Behold the limitless potential of my mysterious, deeply lustrous rays, for when you allow them to flow around heart and thymus you can connect to myself and the angelic realms through Water of Life. Therefore this message is a sacred marriage of fire and water, as I help orchestrate your harmonic physical and spiritual healing dance of six and five to new heights. This I promise, for are you not given will and passion by Sun, yet with emotions and feelings governed by Moon?

My mystical Dolphin's sparkling yet soothing energy leads back to your own ancient Lemurian origins. As I attune you with Mem it scintillates within you, preparation for Templa Mar healing to new six and five levels. Choose Creation Blue, Water of Life or other colours if you prefer, but if you willingly pledge, through yourself as Microcosm, to heal Mother Earth's heart and all her waters (Macrocosm) I hear this and free your own true power to flow forth in the name of Love and Light.

I hope this text will inspire some of you to be attuned with Phuel's Malachim Healing Glyph of Mem,and to self heal with power of Water of Life, because from a position of calmness you can review your life at this point in the momentous year of 2012.

For The second thing to take on board, when you have reached that state of tranquillity, is that Tual rules the Zodiac sign of Taurus, until around May 20th. Tual urges us to take stock and de-clutter/simplify our lives. I feel we can only do this from our position of calmness, so then we can really see what we need to hold on to (including possessions, mindsets, and more importantly perhaps, behavioural patterns) and what we can let go of, at this time.

Here is what Tual says in An Angel for Every Day:

My wings of love and light are filled with the strength and patience of my sign. I herald your re-awakening for my positive energy guides you to start reviewing and simplifying your life. First I bring you greater stability to strengthen your roots and foundations in Mother Earth so that you can build confidently and securely on them. Next consider your possessions - which of them do you really need and which should you relinquish? Do not over-burden yourself, for this hinders your expansion of mind, body and spirit. Therefore think of the freedom to be gained by letting go of things or learning to sometimes say no! This will give you the time to allow my green and pink, the colours of the power of the heart to flow in; these help you to focus calmly on what is really important for your future.

The colours mentioned are green and pink, because Taurus is itself ruled by Venus, and it's an Earth Sign. So good to remain grounded in Mother Earth, with Ariel, and to put your hands into rich brown earth if possible to really feel her nurturing power. Yet it's also time to open or re-open your heart with emerald green to new, loving relationships.

Here is an exercise you can do with Tual (again from An Angel for Every Day, Tual's Chapter)

Tual brings emerald green rays to calm, open and expand your heart, building on firm foundations in Mother Earth; emerald heals and expands heart.

• Sit comfortably. Hold a Taurus crystal (emerald, rose quartz, tourmaline or similar colours) if you have one.
• Close your eyes and start taking deep breaths of pure white energy, breathing out any negative emotions, until you start to feel relaxed
• Now invoke Tual by saying "Tual please bring me the power of emerald green to calm, open and expand my heart in love and light, love and light, love and light. Let this energy flow into mind, body and spirit.
• Imagine that Tual is pouring emerald light into the crown of your head.
• As you breathe it in, the light flows down from crown to base of spine.
• Send this light to ground into Mother Earth, where it flows to her heart.
• Now as you breathe in Mother Earth sends back rich brown earth energy to your feet and body, giving you a sense of belonging to all life.
• Now say these affirmations, as appropriate:
• With power of love and brown I let go of that which I no longer need in my life. I form firm new foundations in Earth. With power of love and green I build on these, healing and opening heart so that all things become possible in life.
• On the next out-breath breathe out the green light so that you create a coloured aura the shape of emerald green wings around you, sealing in the resolve you made with these affirmations and showing the Universe how you wish to move forwards in life.
• Thank Tual, and ask him to seal this energy into your crystal if used and keep this by you to remind you of what you are trying to achieve.



Update on my plans

My holiday - staycation - this year

Although I do love hearing from readers, this year I plan to be on holiday - more or less - from June through August, and a close friend who is also one of my advanced students - Madeleine Kasem from Toronto, Canada - will be assisting me with correspondence from readers and students during this period. There are quite a few students on my books at the moment, which is nice, and as each of you works at your own pace I have no idea when you will next communicate, but I am alerting you all to this plan.

A successful Angelic Merkaba workshop, and some news

Dear readers,

I hope this finds you well, as spring has well and truly sprung here, with glorious wall to wall sunshine...

Here is a catch up on what I have been doing lately.

This time last week I was teaching the first two-day Angelic Merkaba for Heart Ascension workshop at my sister Jo's house (harmonyhealing.co.uk) in Walton on Thames. It was fully booked and went really well. Everyone (there were seven on it, plus Jo and I, so nine: the Ascension vibration!) seemed to enjoy it and have expressed their wish to study more face to face workshops this year. Watch this space and sincere thanks to Jo for her invaluable aid with this workshop......

The weekend provided some sunny recovery time, and then last Monday I went to a launch event run at the Zetter Hotel in London by Richard Rockwood, my amazing illustrator, and his business partner David Watson. Many of you will love Richard's artworks but maybe not know how we got them done. It's a long story how the angels chose Richard as their artist...he's a very spiritual man of course that goes without saying. Anyway, what happened was that I would do a meditation, and ask the angels for a glimpse of how they wished to be portrayed. Then I would write the glimpse up on an e-mail and send this to Richard. He would read it, tune in to the angel and then in his own unique way, be guided on the artwork. At the beginning it was a little process, of a starting point with tweaks to get to what was wanted, but after about nine years of working together, Richard could pretty much come up with the right thing first time...hopefully you agree that all our artworks are stunning and in their own right, act as "windows" for the angels, accompanying my channelled words.

So to bring you up to date, Richard and David have gone into business producing a selection of beautiful and high quality silk scarves, showing some of these individual, truly unique, artworks, and you can view the selection (and perhaps treat yourself or a loved one to a scarf?) on www.epiphanyangels.com. The artworks hold a variety of angelic vibrations (how could they not?), and so they are very special. David and Richard say if worn, they actually effect mood and behavioural changes and I can well believe it. I know the angels involved will be wishing Richard and David the best of angelic abundance with the project....

A rare opportunity to take an Angelic Merkaba Workshop with me in Walton-on-Thames

As mentioned in my last Blog Post, although the new distance learning version of Angelic Merkaba for Heart Ascension is completed and now up and running, there may be some out there who would still like to study this important course face-to-face with me, or who might be wishing to teach this course themselves* (*see more below on this) Therefore my sister Jo and I are collaborating to offer a rare opportunity to study this Ascension Workshop at her house in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, next month.

There is more on the contents of this course in my previous few Blogs, and there is a full explanation in the Soul Quest section of my workshop. The Merkaba Angelic Light Body is a key Tool of Ascension; it's been guided by Seraphiel, Ruler of the Seraphim, pictured above. You may be drawn to take this class to achieve personal Heart Ascension, in order to aid the exponential growth of Unconditonal Love, and pure unfallen Light within Mother Earth, which is wonderful. Or as mentioned above, you may feel called to teach it to others during this important year of 2012, In this connection, you may have studied this class before on one of the few occasions when I taught it at Jo's house in the past, or when Jo herself (one of my Affiliate Tutors) taught it.

Teaching the Workshop for Soul Quest

Because of the importance of the workshop, I've devised a special, new route for 2012 (made possible by the launch of the new distance learning course) for those who feel called just to teach this special Ascension class to aid others with their Soul Quest. The conditions are as follows:

1. You need to take, or have taken, the "live" class at least once to begin to get to grips with the material and the way it is taught face-to-face.

2. To build depth of knowledge you must either have studied and completed Blue Star 1, or to study and complete the Angelic Merkaba for Heart Ascension distance learning course.

3. Then you attend an Affiliate Tutors Workshop (ATW) with me, to demonstrate you can teach it and to learn from the others attending, plus to show you how to give the unique set of healing Angelic Light Attunements.

4. Finally there is an e-Test (not timed) that is taken, after the ATW. This is not so much a pass/fail situation as a verification that you will teach the course as well as you possibly can?

Following completion of this process you are awarded a Certificate, and sent a disk that includes all the material needed to teach the workshop, together with my (and the angels') blessings.

Does this sound rigorous? Well yes, but it's a difficult course and must be taught well and wisely. I am just as rigorous with myself and my writing and I believe in thorough grounding in this complex material for my wonderful band of Tutors. As one of my Affiliates says: There are no quick fixes with Angela's work. This is true; I don't do "fluffy" either (I leave this to others), but teachers do draw the appropriate students, or the angels guide students to the right teachers. There is room for all here, and All is Divine Order.

Angelic Merkaba for Heart Ascension

Hello to all readers,

I hope the new, momentous year of 2012 has begun well for you.

This Blog is mainly to tell you that the Angelic Merkaba for Heart Ascension course (previously only available as a face-to-face workshop) is now ready as a distance learning course, via the Internet and e-mail. This is an important course; remember that every person who achieves personal Heart Ascension (creating crystalline Seed of Life in higher heart in order to access, and become a living conduit for pure Metatronic Light) is greatly increasing the Love & Light flowing in, around and through Mother Earth and therefore aiding Planetary Ascension. You should note that Planetary Ascension includes, apart from mankind, the Nature Kingdom, Inner Earth Kingdom, Devic, Faerie and Elemental Kingdoms, not to mention the infastructure of the planet.

This new e-Course is under the Soul Quest section of my website and now bookable. It's in four parts, and will operate in the same way as my other e-Modules, and e-Mystery School. Those who sign up for it in English* will initially work with me personally, at least for a few months, although I shall be aided, in due course, by one of my senior Tutors. Students who sign up will receive the first document, which contains course work and questions to answer; these ensure the understanding of the material. The student answers the questions and then returns the answers to me for marking and comment. When the questions are answered to my satisfaction, the next document is sent, and so forth, with the meditation being taught gradually as the student proceeds. *It is anticipated that this course will also be available shortly in Dutch, French and German through my Affiliate Tutors who are translating and teaching this exact material; see UK, Overseas Events & Readings section to discover links to these lovely Light people.

As I described more fully in my two December Blog posts, this course teaches the Merkaba meditation in an entirely new way, with major help from the ten angels involved in my guided process; these angels are Raphael, Ariel, Uriel, Gabriel, Phuel, Seraphiel, Metatron, Shekinah, Melchisadec and Pistis Sophia. It also features two sets of Angelic Light Attunements: one set is for the ten angels involved, the other includes Hermes Trismegistos' Caduceus Gateway to Balance, and a Colours of Creation Healing Attunement for each major chakra, including three vibrations of protective Violet Flame. This Angelic Merkaba for Heart Ascension (AMHA) will now be the Foundation Course for the Blue Star Angels Mystery School (previously AMHA and Blue Star 1 covered very similar material and the same meditation, the only difference being that the former did not contain any Blue Star material.) Now, however, Blue Star 1 & 2 are being modified and updated to move directly on from the point at which AMHA finishes. I am now working on the Blue Star Programme.

So that's my news for this Blog, it is just possible I may run a two-day workshop on AMHA in March, though it is tentative at present, a decisiion will be made by the end of January and I will keep you posted.

Other than that, and as we near the end of January in what can now only be termed the true beginning of the Age of Aquarius (in the Zodiac precession), I will leave you with these thoughts from Cambiel, Ruler of this Zodiac Sign; ponder on these for the next few weeks.

Yet also in this sign is Uranus, Ruled by Uriel and so this brings Fire of Life, too, into the equation. So the three key Elements that date back to Zoroastrianism (maybe 10,000 years or more) all feature in the next four weeks. Whatever your own sign may be, don't let this opportunity to work with these mighty angels pass you by:
